Melissa at Luxe International Realty was such a pleasure to work with. She came as a recommendation from a friend. As first-time home buyer, it's safe to say I had my concerns about working with someone I'd never met, doing something I had never done before. But Melissa put my mind at ease right away. She was quick to respond to my e-mails, and answered any and all questions I had so I never felt left in the dark. When I asked her to make an offer on the house I wanted, she did it immediately. She always kept me up to date on any new info on the house and was always very patient with any questions I had.

In person, she's very professional but also down-to-earth so you feel very comfortable working with her. She treated me as if I was her only client and never acted like she had somewhere else to be. Thanks to Melissa, I am currently living in my dream home! And even though the house is a done deal now, she still texts me and asks how things are going with the house. You do not know me, but I had to write you to let you know that Chris is a great person.  I was in the market for a rental property and he was kind enough to show me one that your company had listed.  Even though that particular property wasn’t what I was completely looking for, he was kind enough to show us another property we wanted to see, managed by a different company.  My family and I and Chris stood outside this other property for a least an hour, and bless him, because he had the patience of a saint with the lock box, not to mention the hoops he had to jump through to get a hold of someone that could help.  Although we couldn’t get into see it last night, Chris texted me before I even left for work the next morning and asked me when I was available that day to see it.   

After a very long and exhausting search for a decent rental; coupled with the fact that we had such a terrible experience with a different realty company here in town (they shall remain nameless), it was an honor and a pleasure to do business with one of the nicest, most thoughtful and absolutely sincerest individuals I have met in this city in a long time.  Chris stayed with us throughout the entire process and I couldn’t thank him enough.  Truly, thank you both for running such a great business.

Even my mortgage broker was impressed by her.  In my case, the bank and title company were having difficulty communicating with each other.  Melissa went to the title company and got on the phone to the bank and made sure that the communication occurred and the necessary paperwork got to where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there.  Without Melissa doing this I might still be waiting for them to work it out!  Doing this is nowhere in Melissa’s job description, but that is the type of person and realtor that she is.  She is concerned about her clients and wants them to have the best possible experience.

Most realtors know the real estate business.  Melissa adds that human touch.  She makes that home-buying experience less stressful and intimidating.  I would and have recommended Melissa to my friends and will use her with any future moves that I make.

From the moment she walked into my home, I felt she was there for me and was making sure my best interests were first and foremost.  Melissa made sure that I understood every step and if there was a time when I had to make a decision and I was unsure, Melissa explained everything in detail so I could make the best possible decision. 

At the close of escrow, my new home was not quite ready to move into, so my son, niece and I had to look for a fully-furnished apartment/house to move into for about 6 weeks.  I work full time and was extremely stressed, not having time to look for a place.  Melissa graciously offered to look for a place for us.  I just couldn’t believe that someone would take their own time to go out and look at places for someone else to live temporarily.  She found a very nice, reasonably-priced, furnished apartment that was close to my work.  She had said that she would never let anyone live somewhere that she would not live herself.  She knew that I had to have somewhere safe for my family to live.

She is at the top of my list of recommendations, actually, she is the only one on my list.  She will always have my business.  It’s nice to know in this world that there are people you can trust and believe in
